Mendeley Desktop is only being updated when major bugs are identified that prevent it from working. Mendeley Desktop is an excellent software whereas Mendeley Reference Manager simply does not work and is useless. Mendeley Cite will not install on newer versions of Word due to how Office 365 is configured at MIT.
